摘    要:近年来,甲状腺结节已是一种常见疾病,早期正确诊断对临床治疗及预后具有重要意义。随着影像技术的不断发展,超声弹性成像是近年发展起来的一项新的超声技术,它可以提供有关组织内部的弹性信息,并通过反映病灶组织软硬度的情况来判断病灶的性质,为鉴别甲状腺结节的良恶性提供了新的途径。该文就超声弹性成像的原理、鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断标准、临床应用及其发展进行综述。

The Advantage of Elastography to Identify Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

Abstract:Thyroid nodules are common disease, and the correct diagnosis in earlier period is more important for clinical treatment and prognosis. With the continuous development of imaging techniques, the ultrasonic elastography ( UE ) is a new ultrasound technology developed in recent years, which can provide information on the elastic characteristics inside the tissue, and make it possible to judge the nature of the lesion by reflecting the hardness of the pathological tissues, providing a new way to identify benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Here is to make a review of the development from the perspectives of principles of ultrasound elastography,the standards of benign and malignant thyroid nodules and the clinical application.
