丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病作用机制的研究进展

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,也是导致慢性肾衰竭的主要原因之一,其基本病理改变是肾脏肥大、肾小球毛细血管基膜增厚、肾小球和肾小管细胞外基质进行性堆积,导致弥漫性和结节性肾小球硬化。丹红注射液是由传统中药丹参、红花组成的复方注射液,临床上对于心脑血管疾病的治疗疗效确切,近年来其对糖尿病微血管病变糖尿病肾病的治疗越来越受到重视。该文对丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的可能机制予以综述。

The Research Progress in the Mechanisms of Danhong Injection Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common chronic microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus and also one of the main causes of chronic renal failure. The basic pathological change of diabetic nephrepathy includes kidney hypertrophy, glomerular capillary basement membrane thickening, progressive accumulation of extracellular matrix and diffuse and nodular glomerulosclerosis. Danhong injection is a kind of compound injection made up of traditional Chinese medicine, salvia miltiorrhiza and safflower, which is effective for the therapy of cardiovascular and cerebrevascular diseases. Danhong injection is increasingly important for the therapy of diabetic nephropathy. Here reviews the possible mechanisms of Danhong injection for treating diabetic nephrepathy.
