| 摘 要： | 随着恶性肿瘤的发病率一直居高不下,肿瘤患者的镇痛已成为临床面临的重要问题。阿片类药物是恶性肿瘤患者围术期及术后镇痛的重要药物。有研究表明,一些常用的阿片类药物都有不同程度的抗肿瘤增殖作用,但其对肿瘤细胞及其微环境的影响及机制尚存在争议。肿瘤与其微环境的关系极为复杂,药物剂量和用药方案的改变对肿瘤的影响也有很大差异。开展这方面的研究可以为今后制订合理的麻醉和癌痛镇痛方案提供参考。

| Abstract: | Due to the persistent high incidence of cancer, analgesia of cancer patients has become an important issue. 0pioid drugs are important perioperative analgesic drugs for cancer patients. Studies indicate that some opioid drugs have more or less anti-tumor proliferation effect, but the mechanism of opioid drugs on tumor cells and their microenvironment is still controversial. The relationship between the tumor and its is complex, different drug doses and regimens have very different influences on tumors. The research in this area can provide a reference standard for developing a reasonable program of anesthesia and analgesia. |
