脑缺血/再灌注神经元钙离子通道的研究进展

摘    要:脑缺血/再灌注损伤主要与自由基过度形成、兴奋性氨基酸毒性作用、炎性反应、细胞内Ca2+超载及细胞凋亡等密切相关,其中Ca2+超载及其触发的一系列有害代谢反应是导致脑缺血/再灌注时神经元损伤和死亡的关键因素。该文通过总结生理情况下神经元胞内外的钙离子通道和缺血再灌注时神经元钙离子通道的变化,揭示脑缺血/再灌注时神经元钙超载的机制,为临床脑缺血类疾病的治疗提供新的靶点。

Research Progress of Calcium Channels in the Neuron after Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury

Abstract:Nowadays the research of the mechanisms of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injmy(CIRI) is mainly focused on the following aspects:excessive generation of free radicals,the exotic effect of excitmy amino acids,inflammatory response and calcium overload.Among them calcium overload and a series of harmful metabolic reactions triggered serve as the key that results in neuron injury and death after GIRI.Here is to summarize the calcium channels existing on the neuron and their changes after CIRI,revealing the neuron calcium overload mechanisms during CIRI,in order to find new targets for treating ischemia disease of the central nervous system.
