膜联蛋白A2与新生血管病变的研究进展

膜联蛋白A2(ANXA2)是钙离子依赖的、与磷脂特异性结合的蛋白家族一员,在细胞内外发挥多种生物学功能,包括参与细胞膜形成、维持细胞骨架稳定、激活纤溶酶原、作为RNA结合蛋白等。ANXA2的表达具有组织差异性,在血管系统中表达量较高。它通过调节纤维蛋白溶解系统平衡及参与血管内皮生长因子促血管生成作用,影响新生血管发生、发展。因而,ANXA2可能是治疗新生血管病变的新靶点。

Research Progress in Annexin A2 and Angiogenesis

Annexin A2 （ANXA2） belongs to the calcium-dependent phospholipid-specific binding protein family,which has a variety of biological functions in cells inside and outside including participation in cytomembrane formation,maintenance of the stability of the cytoskeleton,activation of plasminogen,and as RNA-binding proteins,etc.The expression of ANXA2 is tissue specific,with a higher expression in the vascular system.It affects the development of angiogenesis by regulating the balance of the fibrinolysis system and participating in the vascular endothelial growth factor pro-angiogenic pathway.Thus,ANXA2 may be a new target for the treatment of angiogenesis.
