格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

目的观察格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择2009年6月至2010年7月在南阳理工学院附属医院就诊的符合诊断标准的2型糖尿病患者67例,应用口服格列美脲联合二甲双胍口服进行治疗,疗程24周。观察空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,糖化血红蛋白的变化及不良反应。结果治疗后与治疗前比较,空腹血糖[(7.13±1.75)mmol/L vs(10.12±1.45)mmol/L],餐后2 h血糖[(9.47±1.52)mmol/L vs(14.17±2.33)mmol/L]与糖化血红蛋白[(7.25±1.37)%vs(9.24±1.57)%]水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。结论格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病能有效地控制血糖,低血糖反应少,安全可靠。

Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Glimepiride and Mefformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To observe the effieacy of glimepiride combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 67 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in Nanyang Institute of Technology Affiliated Hospital from Jun. 2009 to Jul. 2010 were treated with oral administration of glimepiride and mefformin for 24 weeks as one course. Levels of FPG,2-hour PBG,HbAlc before and after treatment and the adverse reactions were monitored and compared. Results Comparing the results after treatment with those before treatment,there were significant decreases in FPG[ （7.13 ± 1.75 ） mmol/L vs （ 10.12 ± 1.45 ） mmol/L ], PBC[（9.47 ±1.52） mmol/L vs（14. 17±2.33） mmol/L],HbA1c[（7.25±1.37）% vs （9.24 ±1.57） % ] （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Glimepiride combined with mefformin is safe and effective in controlling the blood glucose level for type 2 diabetes patients with less incidence of hypoglycemia.
