| 摘 要： | 脂联素是脂肪细胞分泌的具有生物活性的蛋白质,采用酶联免疫吸附试验可检验人脂联素水平。血清脂联素具有调节糖脂代谢、抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化、保护血管内皮、促进血管新生等作用。脂联素与缺血性脑卒中存在一定的相关性。血清脂联素水平降低是脑卒中患者死亡的独立危险因素。血浆脂联素浓度持续升高可具有长期脑动脉保护效应,抗血栓形成作用。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin is bioactive protein secreted by fat cells,and human adiponectin levels can be tested using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method test.Serum adiponectin has the functions of regulating glucolipid metabolism,anti-inflammatmy,anti-atherosclerosis,protecting vascular endothelial function,promotinge angiogenesis,and so on.Adiponectin and ischemic stroke has certain correlation.Low serum adiponectin level is an independent risk factor for death of patients with stroke.Continuous plasma adiponectin concentration increase has a protective effect for cerebral arteries for long,and resist thrombosis. |
