雷贝拉唑钠联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的观察雷贝拉唑钠联合枸橼酸铋钾四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的消化性溃疡的临床疗效及Hp根除率。方法将北京市怀柔区中医医院内科2011年5月至2012年12月收治的120例经内镜确诊为十二指肠溃疡或胃溃疡、并经13C尿素呼吸试验证实为Hp阳性的患者,依据治疗方法不同分为两组:观察组60例给予雷贝拉唑钠、枸橼酸铋钾、克拉霉素、阿莫西林四联疗法;对照组60例给予雷贝拉唑钠、克拉霉素、阿莫西林三联疗法,比较两组患者的临床疗效及Hp根除率。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组(95.65%vs 79.55%)(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率高于对照组(93.33%vs 78.33%)(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑钠联合枸橼酸铋钾四联疗法对Hp阳性的消化性溃疡具有良好的疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Rabeprazole Sodium Combined with Bismuth Potassium Citrate in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To observe t}~e clinical efficacy of rabeprazole sodium and bismuth potassium citrate quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori（Hp） related peptic ulcer and lip eradication rate. Methods A total of 120 cases of duodenal ulcer or gastric ulcer diagnosed with endoscopy admitted by Internal Medicine Department in Huairou TCM Hospital from May 2011 to Dec. 2012 with Hp positive confirmed by 13C urea breath test were divided into two groups according to random-number table method. The observation group（60 cases） was given the quadruple therapy of rabeprazole sodium, bismuth citrate potassium, clarithro- mycin, and amoxicillin. The control group（60 cases）was given the triple therapy of rabeprazole, clarithromy- cin and amoxicillin. The clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than the control group（95.65% vs 79.55% ） （ P 〈0.05 ）. The lip eradication rate of the observation group was higher than the control group（93.33% vs 78.33% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The quadruple therapy of rabeprazole sodium combined with bismuth potassium citrate has a good effect on the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer, and is worthy of clinical use.
