线粒体参与糖尿病肾病发生的研究新进展

摘    要:糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病远期主要并发症之一,累及肾脏微血管,导致肾功能不可逆损害,并迅速进展至肾病终末期。DN发病机制复杂,目前仍不完全清楚,近期有研究发现,线粒体通过其内DNA水平异常、解偶联蛋白2抗氧化及线粒体抗病毒信号分子调节失衡、钙离子超载等参与了DN发生发展。

Research Progress of Mitochondria in Diabetic Nephropathy Genesis

Abstract:The diabetic nephropathy (DN) has become one of the major long-term complications of diabetes mellitus which involves renal microvasculars damage and irreversible renal failure, with fast develop- ment into end-stage renal disease. The pathogenesis of DN is complicated, and is still not completely clear yet. Recent studies discovered that initochondria participates in the pathogenesis of DN through abnormal level of mitochondrial DNA, accommodative disorder of UCP-2/MAVS system, and calcium overload.
