肩周炎全称是肩关节周围炎,又称"冻结肩""漏肩风""五十肩"等,是临床常见的一类疾病。其治疗方法多种多样,该文对近5年内临床康复治疗肩周炎的主要方法加以概述,分述现代康复和中国传统治疗两大方面,包括运动疗法、药物治疗、物理因子治疗、小针刀、护理及针灸、中药、推拿、拔罐、刮痧等方法,以期了解我国肩周炎的临床康复治疗新进展。

Recent Advances in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

The full name of periarthritis of shoulder is periarthritis of shoulder joint, also known as frozen shoulder,leakage shoulder wind, and fifty years old shoulder. It is a kind of common diseases. There are a variety of treatments, and here is to make a review of the main clinical rehabilitation methods of periarthritis of shoulder in the past five years, from two aspects of the modem rehabilitation and traditional Chinese treatment, including cinesiatrics, medication, physicotherapeutics, needle knife, nursing care, as well as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, manipulation, cupping and scraping, in order to understand the progress of clinical rehabilitation of periarthritis of shoulder in China.
