慢性湿疹患者生活质量状况及其影响因素分析

目的分析慢性湿疹患者的生活质量状况及其影响因素。方法将2012年6月至2013年7月重庆市中山医院皮肤科就诊的208例慢性湿疹患者作为湿疹组,将同期206例进行健康体检者作为健康组。选择皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表及世界卫生组织(WHO)生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评价患者的生活质量。采用多元逐步回归分析影响慢性湿疹患者生活质量的因素。结果湿疹组在日常活动、社会交际、症状与情感、学习与工作、休闲及治疗方面的分值均显著高于健康组(P<0.01或P<0.05);湿疹组在生理方面、心理方面、社会方面以及环境方面均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:影响DLQI分值总和的因素是文化程度及经济水平(P<0.05),影响WHOQOL-BREF分值总和的因素为文化程度(P<0.05)。结论慢性湿疹患者有较低的生活质量,其文化水平及经济水平是影响慢性湿疹患者生活质量的主要因素。

Analysis of Life Quality of Patients with Chronic Eczema Status and Its Influencing Factors

Objective To analyze the influence factors related to quality of life of patients with chronic eczema.Methods In Department of Dermatology of Chongqing Zhongshan Hospital from Jun.2012 to Jul.2013,208 patients with chronic eczema were included as the eczema group（n =208）,and 206 healthy volunteers during the same period were included as control group（n =206）.The dermatology life quality index （DLQI） scale and WHO determination of quality of life scale （WHOQOL-BREF） quality of life evaluation were adopted to assess the quality of life of the patients.Stepwise muhiple regression analysis of factors influencing the life quality of patients with chronic eczema was done.Results Observation points in six aspects of daily activities,social communication,symptom and emotion,learning and work,leisure and the treatment of the eczema group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.The physiological,psychological,social and environmental aspects of the eczema group were all higher than the control group（P 〈 0.01）.Stepwise muhivariate regression analysis indicated the influence factors of DLQI were education level and economic level（P 〈 0.05）,of WHOQOL-BREF score was education level （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The chronic eczema patients have lower quality of life,and education level and economic level are the main influencers of the quality of life of the patients.
