流感基因多态性的研究进展

基因多态性是决定人体对应激打击和感染的易患性、临床表现严重性及药物治疗反应性差异的重要内在因素。近年来研究发现,基因多态性在流感的病理生理变化中起着重要作用;在流感发生、发展的过程中,某些关键分子,如炎性因子、模式识别受体、胞内信号转导分子、免疫相关因子等的基因多态性在很大程度上决定着疾病的转归,遗传背景因素在流感发生和转归中的作用同样受到重视。该文就基因多态性与流感的遗传易患性、病情程度和预后的研究进展予以综述。

Research Progress of Genetic Polymorphisms in Influenza

Genetic polymorphisms is an important internal factor which determines the susceptibility, clinical manifestations severity and response to therapies under infection or stress response. Recent studies discover that genetic polymorphisms plays an important role in physiopathologic mechanism of influenza;in the process of influenza, genetic polymorphisms of certain key molecules, such as inflammatory cytokines, patttern recognition receptors,intraeellular signal molecules, immune-related molecules largely determine the outcome of influenza, therefore the important role of genetic background in influenza is also taken seriously. Here is to make a review of the research progress of genetic polymorphisms and susceptibility, severity, outcome of influenza.
