尿石症饮食危险因素的研究进展

摘    要:尿石症是常见的泌尿外科疾病之一,它的形成受多种遗传及外部因素的影响,包括自然因素、社会环境条件、饮食结构习惯、泌尿系统局部疾患以及全身代谢紊乱等。在众多的危险因素中,饮食是一种主要的外部因素,饮食的调节可有效地降低尿石症的形成,其中社会营养结构的改变是其发病率和复发率升高的主要原因。该文就尿石症的饮食危险因素予以综述,以了解饮食因素对尿石症的影响。

Study on the Dietary Risk Factors to Urolithiasis

Abstract:Urolithiasis is a common urological disease ,which can be caused by many genetic and external factors,including natural and social environmental conditions, dietary habits,, urinary tract abnormalities and metabolic disturbance, etc. Among all the above risk factors, diet is a major external factor. Proper regulation of diet can effectively reduce the occurrence of urolithiasis. Changes of the social nutrition structure is the main reason for the increased morbidity and recurrence rate of urolithiasis. Here is to make a review of the dietary risk factors of urolithiasis,in order to understand how the dietary factors influence urolithiasis.
