孕妇生产过程中体位指导的应用

目的探讨孕妇生产过程中实施体位指导的临床意义。方法选取2013年3月至2014年3月在运城市妇幼保健院妇产科进行生产的孕妇120例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60例,观察组在生产时实施特殊产位指导,对照组采用一般体位(以平卧为主)生产。观察比较两组产妇产程时间、自然分娩率、产后2 h出血量及胎儿监护情况。结果观察组第一产程和第二产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组自然分娩率显著高于对照组(88.33%vs 48.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.182,P<0.01)。观察组产妇产后2 h出血量显著少于对照组[(40.36±12.12)mL vs(46.25±10.30)mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论产程中实施特殊产位指导在一定程度上有助于阴道分娩,值得临床推广。

Application of Body Posture Guide in the Production Process

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of body posture guide in the birth process.Methods A total of 120 cases of pregnant women admitted to Yuncheng City Maternal and Child Heahh Hospitalfrom Mar.2013 to Mar.2014,according to different delivery position they were divided into two groups,60 patients in the observation group to implement a special posture guidance during delivery,while the control group adopted general position（supine based production）.The production time,natural delivery rate,postpartum 2h hemorrhage,and other neonatal monitoring indicators were observed and compared.Results The first stage and the second stage of labor time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.The natural birth rate of observation group was higher than the control group（88.33% vs 48.33%）,the difference was statistically significant （x2 =22.182,P 〈 0.01）.2 h postpartum hemorrhage volume of the observation group was less than that the control group[（40.36 ± 12.12） mL vs （46.25 ± 10.30） mL],the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Position guide during the production process helps to vaginal delivery,and is worthy of promotion.
