内镜下美敦力耳鼻喉科综合动力系统手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效观察及安全性评估

摘    要:目的研究经鼻内镜下美敦力耳鼻咽喉动力系统治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效及安全性。方法选择空军航空医学研究所附属医院门诊慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者306例,采用鼻内镜下美敦力耳鼻喉科综合动力系统,观察手术效果、术后恢复情况,并与2009年前鼻内镜非美敦力系统手术的患者213例进行比较,采用SPSS 18.0软件对两组患者治疗效果及手术相关指标的数据分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(98.69%vs 89.20%)(P<0.05);出血量(mL)、黏膜恢复时间(d)、鼻腔通气时间(d)、NRS评分显著低于对照组[(12.3±2.8)mL vs(26.2±3.2)mL]、[(5.1±1.9)d vs(7.8±3.4)d]、[(2.6±0.6)d vs(6.8±1.0)d]、[(1.84±0.33)分vs(3.83±0.52)分](P<0.05);两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义。结论经鼻内镜下美敦力耳鼻喉科综合动力系统能够有效提高治疗效果、减小手术创伤、促进术后恢复,具有积极的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and safety of nasal endoscopic Medtronic powered ENT system in treating chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods A total of 306 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps treated by nasal endoscopic Medtronie powered ENT system in Affiliated Hospital of Institute of Aviation Medicine were included in the study, and the operation effect and postoperative recovery were observed,and were compared with non-Medtronic system operation treated 213 cases of endoscopic sinus before 2009. SPSS 18.0 software was used to analyzed the therapeutic effect and surgery related indexes of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(98.69% vs 89.20% ) (P 〈0.05 ) ;the bleeding ( mL), mucosal recovery time(d) ,nasal ventilation time (d) , NRS score were significantly lower than the control group [ ( 12.3 ± 2.8 ) mL vs (26.2 ± 3.2)mL],[(5.1±1.9)dvs (7.8±3.4)d],[(2.6±0.6)dvs (6.8±1.0)d],[(1.84±0.33)points vs (3.83 ± 0. 52 ) points ] (P 〈0.05) ; there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic Medtronic powered ENT system can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce surgical trauma and promote postoperative recovery, and thus has positive clinical value.
