摘    要:上皮细胞间质转化(EMT)是指上皮细胞在一定条件下获得间质细胞表型的过程。研究表明,EMT是结直肠癌发生、发展中的关键步骤之一。肿瘤微环境在恶性肿瘤进展过程中扮演着重要角色。肿瘤微环境中的细胞因子、组织缺氧状况、肿瘤干细胞及相关的信号通路都可能参与EMT的过程。该文将上述相关因素在结直肠癌EMT启动和发展过程中的调控机制进行综述。

Abstract:Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) is defined as an embryonic process conferring epithelial cells to acquire the phenotype of mesenchymal cells under specific conditions.Mounting studies have regarded EMT as a key event during the progression of the colorectal cancer.Tumor microenvironment plays an important role in malignant neoplasm.In the tumor microenvironment,cytokines,hypoxia,cancer stem cell as well as the related signaling pathways may be involved in EMT.Here is to make a brief review of the regulatory mechanisms of the related factors mentioned above in the initiation and progression of the EMT.
