鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉鼻窦炎的临床疗效

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将2006年1月至2012年10月保定市第三中心医院收治的80例鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者依据治疗方法不同分为两组:对照组(40例)在常规抗生素抗感染的基础上给予传统根治性手术治疗,治疗组(40例)给予内镜治疗。两组患者术后根据病情应用抗生素,局部给予辅舒良喷鼻剂。对比两组患者的临床疗效、术后不适症状和复发率。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(87.5%vs 67.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后头晕头痛、流脓涕、鼻塞等不适症状发生率显著低于对照组,两组术后复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻息肉鼻窦炎应用鼻内镜手术治疗效果良好,复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Nasal Endoscopic Operation on Nasal Polyps Sinusitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods A total of 80 cases of nasal sinusitis patients admitted to Baoding City Third Central Hospital from Jan. 2002 to Oct. 2012 were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （40 cases ） was given the traditional radical surgery on the basis of conventional antibiotic anti-infective treatment ; treatment group （40 cases） was given endoscopic treatment. Postoperative antibiotics according to the disease, local administration and auxiliary Shuliang nasal spray was given according to the disease condition. The clinical efficacy, postoperative discomfort and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher （ 87.5% vs 67.5% ）, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; incidence of dizziness, headache, runny purulent nasal discharge, nasal congestion and other discomfort symptoms of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, and the postoperative recurrence rate difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The application of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery has good effect, with lower recurrence rate, thus is worthy of clinical application.
