摘    要:"纳米医学"是将纳米技术和医学相结合,开发新治疗方法和改善现有治疗方法的一门新兴学科,磁性纳米颗粒(MNPs)作为一种新型材料,因其独特的磁学性能而广泛应用于医学领域。该文总结国内外关于MNPs的最新研究成果,介绍了其在神经系统中关于磁共振成像、靶向药物输送、靶向基因治疗和热疗等方面的应用,并探讨了其未来发展前景和面临的挑战。

Abstract:" Nanomedicine" is an emerging discipline combining nanotechnology and medicine to develop novel therapies and improve existing treatments. Magnetic nanoparticles, as a new meterial,is widely used in medical field because of its unique magnetic properties. Here is to summarize the latest research achievements at home and abroad about the magnetic nanoparticles,introduce its application in the nervous system of mag- netic resonance imaging, targeted drug delivery, targeting gene therapy and hyperthermia etc. , and discuss its future development prospects and challenges.
