特拉唑嗪联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床分析

目的研究特拉唑嗪联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选择广东医学院附属石龙博爱医院2010年12月至2012年12月间诊治的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者160例,依据治疗方法的不同分为两组:对照组(80例)单纯应用前列安栓治疗,观察组(80例)在对照组治疗的基础上给予特拉唑嗪治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率达到82.5%,显著高于对照组患者的总有效率55.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组和对照组患者的前列腺炎症状评分均显著下降,且观察组较对照组的评分下降更加显著(7.8±0.9)分vs(12.6±1.2)分](P<0.01)。结论Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者运用特拉唑嗪联合前列安栓治疗的临床效果较为显著,能够有效地缓解患者的临床症状,与单纯应用一种药物治疗相比,临床效果明显更优,值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Clinical Analysis on Terazosin Combined with Prostant Treatment of Type III Prostatitis

Objectlve To study the clinical effects of terazosin combined with prostant on type III pros- tatitis（CP/CPPS）. Methods A total of 160 cases of type III prostatitis patientsselected from Guangdong Medical College Shilong Pok Oi Hospital during Dec. 2010 and Dec. 2012 were selected and divided into two groups：the control group（80 cases） was treated by only prostant,and the observation group（80 cases） was given terazosin on the basis of prostant, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the overall response rate of the observation group was 82.5 %, significantly higher than the 55.0% of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The prostatitis symptom scores of both groups decreased significantly after treatment, more significantly in the observation group than the control group （7.8 ± 0.9 ） vs （ 12.6 ± 1. 2） ] （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of terazosin combined with prostant for type III prostatitis patients is more significant, which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, significantly better than the application of one drug treatment, thus is worthy of promoation in clinical practice.
