乳腺癌与2型糖尿病相关性研究进展

近年来,糖尿病与乳腺癌发病率逐渐增高,严重威胁人类健康。大量流行病学研究发现,2型糖尿病会增加乳腺癌的发病与死亡风险,合并糖尿病的乳腺癌患者则存在较特殊的临床生物学特征及预后。糖尿病可能通过多种途径影响乳腺癌的发展,包括胰岛素途径、胰岛素样生长因子途径、性激素的调节及脂肪细胞因子的作用等。二甲双胍是一种常用于2型糖尿病治疗的药物,除发挥降糖作用外还有降低乳腺癌发生的作用。

Research Progress of Correlation between Breast Cancer and Type 2 Diabetes

In recent years, the incidence of diabetes and breast cancer has gradually increased, seriously threatening the human health. A large number of epidemiological studies have found that type 2 diabetes increases the risk of breast cancer incidence and death, breast cancer patients with diabetes have special clinical biological characteristics and prognosis. Diabetes may affect breast cancer progression through a variety of channels,including the insulin pathway,insulin-like growth factor pathway,sex hormone regulation and the role of adipocytokines. Metformin is a commonly used drug in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, which can reduce the breast cancer incidence in addition to the hypoglycemic effect.
