血管超声在颈动脉硬化性狭窄中的应用

Vascular Ultrasound Applications in Carotid Atherosclerosis Stenosis

With the continuous improvement of living standards,a growing concern about the aging society is rising,the incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease has shown a significantly increased trend and has become an important cause of death and disability.Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is mainly caused by atherosclerotic carotid stenosis,and among the various screening methods of carotid atherosclerosis stenosis,vascular ultrasound has its unique advantages,and has become an indispensable means of check the carotid atherosclerotic stenosis.Vascular ultrasound reflects if the carotid artery has stenosis,the stenosis position,stenosis degree and plaque stability through measuring the inner-medium membrane,hemodynamic changes,and determining the nature of the plaque,to provide references for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
