舌鳞癌侵袭及转移的相关肿瘤标志物研究进展

舌癌是口腔颌面部常见的恶性肿瘤,其生物学特性主要表现为局部浸润生长及颈部淋巴结转移.舌鳞癌患者易发生早期颈淋巴结转移,颈淋巴结转移是导致舌鳞癌患者死亡的重要因素之一.肿瘤标志物检测是一项肿瘤诊断的方法,但有其局限性,由于目前尚未发现用于诊断舌鳞癌侵袭及转移的特异性肿瘤标志物,应用多种标志物联合检测以增加其敏感性和特异性,对舌鳞癌患者颈部淋巴结转移进行监测,对高危人群进行筛选,具有重要的临床意义.

Research Progress of Tumor Markers in Invasion or Metastasis of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Tongue

Tongue cancer is the most common neoplasm of oral cavity, which is locally aggressive and invasive to neck lymph node. Tongue squamous cell carcinoma patients are prone to early cervical lymph node metastasis,which is an important factor leading to death in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. The detection of tumor markers is a unique method to diagnose the cancer in the early stage, though the highly sensitive and specific indicators are been found yet. So combined detection of several tumor markers can increase the sensitivity and specificity,which is of great significance for monitoring of cervical lymph node metastasis ,and screening of high-risk population of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
