女性盆底功能障碍(PFD)主要包括压力性尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂等一系列盆底损伤与缺陷的疾病。PFD与妊娠及阴道分娩、年龄绝经、雌激素低下、肥胖、生活习惯、盆腔手术史、遗传因素等相关。近年来,随着社会的发展,人均寿命延长,对于健康和生活质量的要求日渐提高,该文主要对女性PFD发病的相关因素予以阐述。
