| 摘 要： | 目的研究遗尿症儿童脑电图的特点。方法对97例2012年1月至12月在广西妇幼保健院诊断的遗尿症儿童的视频脑电图进行回顾性分析。结果 97例患儿中有10例视频脑电图异常,其中中央颞区放电8例,背景波率慢1例;右额极为主尖波、尖慢波1例。结论遗尿症儿童脑电图异常率为10.3%,以中央颞区放电为主;遗尿症的发生可能与遗传决定的脑功能发育不成熟有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the features of video electroencephalogram in children with enuresis. Methods The video electroencephalograms of 97 children diagnosed as enuresis in Guangxi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from Jan. 2012to Dec. 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 10 abnormal video electroencephalograms among the 97 children, with centro-temporal discharged in 8 patients, background wave frequency decreased in 1 patient, and sharp wave and sharp slow wave in the right frontal pole in 1 patient. Conclusion The abnormal rate of the video electroencephalograms in children with enuresis was 10.3% and mainly appeared as centro-temporal discharge. Enuresis may be related to the genetic developmental immaturity of brain function. |
