地佐辛注射液治疗急性胆绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察地佐辛注射液对胆绞痛患者的疗效及不良反应。方法将湖州市中国人民解放军第98医院2010年1月至2013年3月收治的90例急性胆绞痛患者依据随机数字表法分为三组,各30例,三组分别给予地佐辛10 mg(地佐辛10 mg组)、7.5 mg(地佐辛7.5 mg组)、5 mg(地佐辛5 mg组),均联合阿托品注射液1 mg。用药后30 min后对比三组的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果地佐辛7.5 mg组和地佐辛10 mg组的镇痛效果优于地佐辛5 mg组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);地佐辛7.5 mg组与地佐辛5 mg组不良反应发生率均低于地佐辛10 mg组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.648,8.523,P<0.05)。结论地佐辛治疗急性胆绞痛时,应用7.5 mg镇痛疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Dezocine Injection in Treatment of Acute Biliary Colic

Objective To observe efficacy and adverse reactions of dezocine in treatment of biliary colic. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute biliary colic admitted to Huzhou PLA 98th Hospital from Jan. 2010 to Mar. 2013 were randomly divided into 3 groups,30 cases in each group. The three groups was given dezocine 10 mg,7.5 mg,5 mg respectively, and all combined with 1 mg atropine. After 30 min, the clinical analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results The analgesic effect with assist symplectic of 7.5 mg group 5 mg group were superior to the ground with 10 mg group, compare the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the incidence of adverse reactions of 7.5 mg group and 5 mg group were lower than to assist 10 mg group,difference was statistically significant（x2 =6.648, 8. 523 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion 7.5 mg dezocine is worth popularizing for its effective analgesia and less adverse reactions in treatment of acute biliary colic.
