| 摘 要： | 慢性盆腔疼痛(CPP)是指一种病程超过6个月且症状呈非周期性的病症,病因极其复杂,发病机制尚未完全清楚,治疗上以对症治疗为主,主要包括药物治疗、手术治疗、盆底康复治疗及心理治疗等。随着发病率的上升,探索有效治疗CPP的方法已成为备受关注的公共健康问题。该文主要对盆底康复疗法在CPP的预防和治疗中的应用进行综述,为临床预防及治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Chronic pelvic pain（CPP） is an aperiodic illness with a course of more than six months,while its etiology is extremely complex and the pathogenesis is not fully understood,and symptomatic treatment is the main regimen,including medication,surgical treatment,pelvic floor rehabilitation,psychological treatment and so on.With the increasing of the incidence,exploring the effective treatments for CPP has become a public health concern.Here is to make a review of the application of the pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy in the prevention and treatment of CPP to provide a reference for the clinical practice. |
