摘    要:胎盘植入是指胎盘绒毛植入子宫肌层内,其是一种严重危及孕母及胎儿生命安全的产科并发症。近年来,随着剖宫产率的上升,胎盘植入发生率有逐年增加的趋势。三维彩色多普勒超声是一项简便、直观、无创、易于重复的检查手段。近年来的研究提示,其在胎盘植入诊断方面具有较高的应用价值。因此,该文从胎盘植入的定义、高危因素、临床表现及分类、产前产后三维彩色多普勒和能量超声表现以及其与磁共振成像表现的比较等方面展开综述,以评价胎盘植入诊断过程中三维彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。

Abstract:Placenta accreta is a disease that placenta villi implant in the uterine muscle.It is a serious pregnancy complication which threatens the maternal and fetal safety.In recent years,with the rising of Cesarean section rate,the incidence of placenta accreta has increased year by year.Three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is a simple,direct,non-invasive,and repeatable examination method.Recent studies suggest that it has a high value in the diagnosis of placenta accreta.Therefore,to evaluate the value of threedimensional color Doppler ultrasound on the diagnosis of placenta accreta,here is to make a review of the studies up to date and summarize the related contents including the definition,risk factors,clinical manifestations and classification of placenta accreta apart from the prenatal and postnatal characteristics of threedimensional color Doppler ultrasound and MRI in patients with placenta accreta.
