硫酸镁在前置胎盘期待治疗法中的应用价值研究

目的探讨硫酸镁在前置胎盘期待治疗中的效果。方法选取2011年1月至2013年2月青岛市胶州中心医院妇产科收治的前置胎盘患者70例作为研究对象,根据用药情况分为硫酸镁组(35例)和止血药组(35例),硫酸镁组患者给予硫酸镁治疗,止血药组患者给予止血药治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效、期待疗法时间、阴道流血停止时间、新生儿1 min Apgar评分及新生儿窒息发生率。结果硫酸镁组患者的有效率显著高于止血药组(88.6%vs 57.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);硫酸镁组阴道出血停止时间、期待疗法时间均显著低于止血药组,新生儿Apgar评分显著高于止血药组(P<0.01)。结论在前置胎盘期待疗法中期使用硫酸镁治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Research on the Application Value of Magnesium Sulfate in Expectant Treatment of Placenta Previa

Objective To explore the application value of magnesium sulfate in expectant treatment of placenta previa. Methods A total of 70 eases with placenta previa in Qingdac City Jiaczhou Central Hospital from Jan. 2011 to Feb. 2013 were selected, and divided into magnesium sulfate group（35 cases） and hemostatic group （35 cases）. Besides the basal treatment, the magnesium sulfate group was given magnesium sulfate, and hemostatic group was given hemostatic treatment. The curative effect, expectant treatment time, vaginal bleeding time, scores of 1 min Apgar and the rate of neonatal asphyxia of the two grups were compared. Results The effective rate of magnesium group was significantly higher than hemostatic group（88.6% vs 57.1% ,P 〈 0.05 ） ;the viginal bleeding time, expectant treatment time were both significantly less than hemostatie group, while the neonatal Apgar score was significantly higher than hemostatic group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate treatment of placenta previa has significant effect, which is worthy of popularizing and applying in clinical.
