足部软组织缺损的皮瓣修复类型的临床研究进展

足部软组织缺损在临床上很常见,治疗应满足患者在外观以及运动、感觉等功能上的要求,特别是对供区美观及功能上的要求。近些年修复足部软组织缺损常用腓肠神经营养带蒂岛状皮瓣、股前外侧游离穿支皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣、小腿内侧筋膜蒂皮瓣、腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣、腓浅神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣、踝前皮瓣、外踝上皮瓣以及各种改良微型皮瓣等手术方法。显微外科解剖学的深入研究及显微外科技术的发展给各种皮瓣修复术式提供了主要理论和方法技术。

Clinical Advance on the Flap Repair Types of Foot Soft Tissue Defects

Foot soft tissue defects are common in clinical practice, the treatment should meet the patient＇s requirements in appearance as well as motor, sensory and other functions, particularly the district aesthetic and functional requirements. In recent years, the treatments to repair the foot soft tissue defects include sural nerve pedicled island flap, antemlateral thigh free flap, medial plantar flap, medial leg fasciocutaneons flap, sural neurovascular island flap, superficial peroneal neurovascular island flap, anterior ankle flap,lateral flap and a variety of improved micro-flap surgical methods. The intensive study on the microsurgical anatomy and the development of microsurgical techniques provides the main theory and methodological techniques to a variety of flap repare treatments.
