摘    要:目的探讨术中超声在神经外科手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2008年9月至2012年9月桂林市人民医院神经外科收治的36例行颅内占位手术患者的临床资料,评价术中超声检查在病灶的定位,肿瘤边界的确定,监测术后有无肿瘤残余等方面的应用价值。结果术中超声对颅内病灶的准确率达到了100%。术中超声能准确地判断病灶的边缘。36例患者均在超声引导下予以切除。术后无一例患者发生颅内感染,也未发生任何并发症。结论术中超声定位检查简单、有效、安全,有助于提高颅脑手术操作的精确性,可减少不必要的正常脑组织损伤,在神经外科具有较大的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of intraoperative ultrasound in neurosurgery. Methods Thirty-six patients who underwent neumsurgery at Guilin People's Hospital from Sep. 2008 to Sep. 2012 were retrospectively analyzed in this study. The intraoperative ultrasound in detecting, locating and monitoring remaining of the tumor during neurosurgery was assessed. Results The detection accuracy of intraoperative ultras onography for intraeranial lesions reached 100%. Intraoperative ultrasound can accurately judge the edge of the lesion. All of the 36 cases encephalie focuses were cut under the guidance of ultrasound. No postoperative infection and complication occurred. Conclusion Ultrasound localization during operation is simple,effective and safe, and is helpful to improve the accuracy of the eraniocerebral operations. It can reduce the unnecessary damage of the normal brain tissue, thus has greater clinical applications value in neurosurgery operation.
