气道平滑肌细胞在哮喘气道重构中的作用机制

慢性哮喘患者的气道随着病程的发展会出现平滑肌细胞增生、胶原沉积、基膜增厚等重构现象,其中气道平滑肌细胞在长期慢性炎症刺激下其收缩功能及生长迁移能力均明显增强,同时还可以发生表型转化,胞内具有合成功能的细胞器(如高尔基体等)含量增加,进而分泌各种生物因子参与气道重构。该文就气道平滑肌细胞在哮喘气道重构中的作用机制的研究进展予以综述。

The Mechanism of Airway Smooth Muscle Cell in Asthmatic Airway Remodeling

With the development of disease,there are remodelings in the airway of the chronic asthmatic patients,such as the smooth muscle cell proliferation,collagen deposition,basilar membrane incrassation,etc.The contraction function and the growth and migration ability of airway smooth muscle cell has been strengthened evidently under the stimulation of long-term chronic inflammation.Meanwhile,it may experience phenotypic switch,the content of organelle with synthesizing function in the cell,such as the dictyosome,will increase.As a result,it will secrete various biological factors for participating in the remodeling of airway.Here is to make a review of the study of the mechanism of airway smooth muscle cell in the asthmatic airway remodeling.
