摘 要: | 氢气是近年来医学气体研究领域的热点之一,它是一种具有还原性的气体分子,可以选择性清除自由基,减少氧化应激损伤。研究表明,氧化应激与脑卒中、神经退行性变、脑创伤、一氧化碳中毒脑损伤等多种大脑疾病有密切的联系。氢气可以通过吸入、静脉或腹腔射入氢盐水等方式给入,发挥抗氧化、减轻炎性反应和细胞凋亡的作用,治疗和预防脑疾病。

Abstract: | Hydrogen has been one of the hot spots of medical gas research in recent years, which has a selective antioxidative effect and reduce oxidative stress injury. Studies have shown that oxidative stress is closely related to many brain disorders such as stroke, degenerative change, traumatic or surgically induced brain injury and brain damage by carbon monoxide pinsoning. Hydrogen can be given by inhalation, intravenous injection and peritoneal injection to play a protective role in treating brain disorders by reducing oxidation,inflammation and apoptosis. |
