| 摘 要： | 中国男性精液质量是有关中国男性生育能力及优生优育的重要指标,而对中国生育男性的精液质量水平尚缺乏统一认识,其现状和变化也一直困扰着人们,该文通过对1980年以来国内有关男性精液质量公开发表的科技文献进行分析,发现近30年来较多科研医务人员认为生育男性的精液质量呈逐渐下降趋势,但由于多数文献不是大样本随机分析的资料,该定论尚缺乏说服力。

| Abstract: | Semen quality is an important index of male fertility and eugenics in China,while there is still no unified understanding of the semen quality of Chinese males,and the status and changes have been a problem.It＇s the opinion of many medical staff and researcherrs that in the past 30 years,the semen quality of fertile men has been declining through the analysis on the published literatures since 1980,though the conclusion is not convincing since most studies were not large sample analysis. |
