采用自制钨丝微弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤实验研究

摘    要:在14只家犬双侧颈动脉上,采用显微外科技术制作动脉瘤模型。3周后用自制钨丝微弹簧圈,在电视透视监视下,经血管内栓塞动脉瘤模型,而保留载瘤动脉血流。分单纯弹簧圈栓塞、弹簧圈栓塞加通微直流电凝和自身对照3个组。栓塞后48小时,4周和4个月,分别进行了颈动脉造影、光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察,并对栓塞效果和相应组织病理变化进行了对比观察研究。

Abstract:The authors designed an animal model of bilateral carotid artery aneurysms with microsurgical technique, Three weeks after operation, endovascular embolization with tungsten microcoils were carried out under DSA TV observation.The animals were divided into three groups, (1)microcoil embolization:(2)microcoil embolization combined with electrothrombosis;(3)control group. In 48 hours, 4 weeks and 4 months after embolization, the comparative studies of the embolic effects and histopathological changes were carried out by means of carotid angiography, light microscopy, transmission electronmicroscopy and scanning eletronmicroscopy.
