摘    要:报道在制成急性外伤性脑水肿模型基础上,检测大鼠脑损伤后不同时间脑组织脂质过氧化物(LPO),超氧歧化酶(SOD)和三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)活性,单胺神经递质和花生四烯酸(AA)代谢变化。结果表明:脑损伤后不同时间脑组织LPO、单胺递质和AA及其代谢产物明显增加,SOD和ATPase活性明显下降。认为外伤后氧自由基大量产生,细胞膜酶和SOD活性抑制在外伤性脑水肿中起重要作用,中枢神经递质和AA及其代谢产物以不同方式促进脑水肿的形成和发展。

Abstract:Acute cerebral edema in rats by using the method of skull impact was studied. The changes of lipid peroxide (LPO),superoxide dismutase (SOD), adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activity,mono-amine neurotransmitter (MAN) and arachidonic acid (AA) metabolism in the brain were investigated at different intervals after injury. The results showed: The levels of LPO, MAN, AA and its metabolites increased significantly, while the levels of SOD and ATPase activity decreased markedly. These suggested that a large amount of Oxygen free radicals was released. The inhibition of membranal enzymes and SOD activity might play an important role in the process of cerebral edema. And, MAN, AA and its metabolites might promote the formation and development of cerebral edema in different ways.
