香菇多糖腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液22例临床观察

目的观察香菇多糖(LNT)腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的疗效。方法将43例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组。治疗组22例,接受香菇多糖腔内注射治疗,对照组21例接受白细胞介素2腔内注射治疗。结果治疗组胸腔积液改善有效率为63.64%,对照组为57.14%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者生活质量改善优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论 LNT腔内注射能有效控制MPE,提高患者生活质量,是治疗MPE的有效药物之一。

Clinical Study of Intrapleural Injection of Lentinan for Malignant Pleural Effusion

Objective To observe the efficacy of lentinan in the malignant pleural effusions.Methods Forty-three patients with malignant pleural effusions into two groups,The treatment group includid 22 cases for the treatment by lentinan,while the contrast group covered 21 cases for the treatment by IL-2.Results The effective rate of pleural fluid curing,the treatment group is 63.64%,the contrast group is 57.14%,the two sets have not distinct difference(P>0.05).about the improvement of quality of life,the treatment group is better than the contrast group(P<0.05),moreover,the adverse is low.Conclusion Lentinan can effectively control the malignant pleural effusions.Improve the life quality of patients.
