冠外附着体义齿修复双侧游离缺失的临床应用

目的观察Ceka冠外精密附着体在双侧游离端牙列缺损修复中的临床疗效。方法两系列Ceka冠外精密附着体为35例双侧磨牙游离端缺失的患者制作附着体义齿，临床复诊0．5～3年，从主观感受、临床检查和X线检查三方面观察其修复效果。结果患者进行双侧冠外精密附着体义齿修复后美观效果满意，异物感小，固位稳定效果好，咀嚼有力，其中27例相较以前可摘活动义齿明显感觉舒适，修复效果满意。30例患者基牙，牙龈，牙槽嵴粘膜健康。1例患者在使用1年后出现阳性附着体对应处咬合面断裂。1例患者2年后出现缺牙区牙槽骨吸收。结论Ceka系列冠外精密附着体是一种较理想的游离牙列缺损修复固位体。

The Clinical Effect of a Kind of Extracoronal Attachment Applied in Bilateral Free-end Dentition Defect

Objective To observe the clinical effect of tow series of Ceka extracoronal precision attachments applied on bilateral free-end dentition defect. Methods Thirty-five pieces of tow series of Ceka precision attachment dentures were manufactured for patients with bilateral free-end dentition defect and 6 months to 3 years follow-up was carried out. The effect were observed from subjective sense,clinic and x-rays examination. Results All patients had good retention and stability,health of abutments and soft tissue. Compared with RPD prostheses,27 patients felt more comfortable and achieved satisfied masticatory efficiency. Fracture of artificial tooth morsal face occurred in one patient in one year. Resorption of alveolar crest happened to one patient. Ceka at- tachment denture has good appearance, comfort, stability, mastication. Conclusion Ceka attachment is a good retainer applied in free-end dentition defect.
