| 摘 要： | 目的:观察髓内扩张自锁钉治疗胫骨骨折效果及探讨其护理措施.方法:对55例胫骨骨折病人采用髓内扩张自锁钉内固定治疗及实行相应护理.结果:随访时间6个月～27.6个月,术后54例骨折一期愈合,断钉1倒,无畸形愈合及护理并发症发生,平均骨折愈合时间4.5个月,按Johner-wruh评分标准全部达到优良水平.结论:髓内扩张自锁钉治疗胫骨骨折具有创伤小、骨折愈合率高、感染率低、早期功能活动及护理简便等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect and nursing measures of intramedullary expanded self-locking nail treating the tibia fracture. Methods 55 patients with tibia fracture were treated with intramedullary expanded self-locking nails and performed corresponding nursing. Results During the follow up time (6 months to 2.3 years), There were 54 cases with first stage healing, 1 case with break-nail, no malformation according and nursing complication. The average fracture healing time was 4.5 months; all cases were good healing to Johner-Wruh evaluation. Conclusion Treatment of tibia fracture with intramedullary expanded self-locking nails has the advantage of less hurt, high fracture healing rate, low infection rate, early function activity and being easy to nurse, etc. |
