Kihon老年衰弱筛查量表的汉化及信效度检验

目的翻译并修订Kihon老年衰弱筛查量表,对其进行信效度评价。方法遵循Brislin模式,经过翻译、回译、文化调适和预试验,确定中文版老年衰弱筛查量表条目。采用方便抽样法,对太原市6个社区458名老年人进行调查,评价信效度。结果总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.882,各维度系数为0.733~0.856;总量表重测信度系数为0.944,各维度重测信度系数为0.902~0.979;量表总内容效度指数为0.989,各条目内容效度指数为0.857~1.000。探索性因子分析提取7个公因子累积贡献率为69.146%。验证性因子分析所构建的结构方程模型经修正后,模型拟合良好。结论中文版本Kihon老年衰弱筛查量表有良好的信效度,可作为社区老年人衰弱筛查工具。

Translation and reliability and validity testing of the Chinese Version of the Kihon Checklist(KCL)

Objective To translate and revise the Kihon Checklist(KCL)into a Chinese version,and to assess its reliability and vali-dity.Methods Standard forward-backward translation techniques,cross-cultural adaptation and pilot test were used in the translation of the KCL according to the Brislin translation model.Then 458 elderly residents from 6 communities of Taiyuan were recruited and investigated with the Chinese version KCL by convenient sampling method.Its reliability and validity were assessed.Results The Chinese version KCL enjoyed a Cronbach′sαcoefficient of 0.882 for the overall scale,and 0.733-0.856 for the domains.The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.944 for the overall scale,and 0.902-0.979 for the domains.The content validity index was 0.989 for the overall scale,and 0.857-1.000 for the items.Through exploratory factor analysis,7 domains were extracted and enjoyed a cumulative variance of 69.146%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit after model revision.Conclusion The Chinese version KCL has satisfactory reliability and validity,and can be used as a screening tool for the elderly in the community.
