| 摘 要： | 溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种病因未明的常见消化系统疑难病。中医药治疗该病具有标本兼治、不良反应小、远期疗效好等优势。各医家对于本病多从湿热、血瘀论治，但近年研究发现，情志因素在诱发UC、影响其转归复发中所起的作用越来越显著，临床上肝郁脾虚证患者多见，采用疏肝健脾法治疗本病疗效颇佳。现从肝脾生理特性、病机变化、临床方药等多个方面探讨疏肝健脾法在UC中的应用。
