企业中青年急性心脑血管事件高危人群健康促进生活方式及影响因素研究

目的了解企业中青年心脑血管疾病高危人群健康促进生活方式现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用健康促进生活方式量表、健康行为自我效能量表、心理困扰量表对丽水市515名企业中青年心脑血管疾病高危者进行调查。结果企业中青年急性心脑血管疾病高危人群健康促进生活方式总分为(98.93±19.64)分。多元线性回归分析显示,自我效能、心理困扰、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度是企业中青年急性心脑血管事件高危人群健康促进生活方式的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论企业中青年急性心脑血管事件高危人群健康促进生活方式处于一般水平,社区健康保健人员应重视年龄较小、文化程度较高、未婚及自我效能水平低、存在心理困扰的高危人群,对其进行针对性干预,以提升其健康生活方式。

Health-promoting lifestyle and its influencing factors among young and middle-aged high risk population of cardio-cerebrovascular events in enterprises

Objective To understand the current status of health-promoting lifestyle among young and middle-aged high risk population of cardio-cerebrovascular events in enterprises,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 515 young and middle-aged high risk population of cardio-cerebrovascular events from enterprises in Lishui city were investigated using the Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale(HPLP-Ⅱ),the Health Behaviors Self-efficacy Scale and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale.Results The HPLP-Ⅱtotal score of the young and middle-aged high risk population of cardio-cerebrovascular events was(98.93±19.64).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,self-efficacy,psychological distress,age,marital status and educational background were the influencing factors of their health-promoting lifestyle(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The health-promoting lifestyle among the young and middle-aged high risk population of cardio-cerebrovascular events in enterprises is at a medium level,community health caregivers should pay more attention to those younger high risk population with higher educational background and lower self-efficacy,unmarried and suffered from psychological distress,give them targeted intervention,so as to improve their health-promoting lifestyle.
