肝泡球蚴病声像图特征分析

目的 对肝泡球蚴病声像图特征进行分析，旨在提高对本病声像特征的认识。方法 应用B超和酶联免疫吸附试验证实的67例肝泡球蚴病的图像特征进行总结分析。结果 肝泡球蚴病的声像图类型分为实性肿块型、肿块液化型、肿块钙化型和混合回声型。肿块边界模糊、呈分叶状或云片状，肿块内无血流、砂状钙化、大小不等的液化腔等多种声像图表现颇具特征。结论 肿块具有多种声像图特征并结合来自流行区的病史者可直接作出肝泡球蚴病的诊断。

Ultrasonograhic analysis of hepstic alveolar echinococcsis

Objective To study ultrasonographic characteristics of hepatic alveolar echinococcsis.Methods 67 cases of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis confirmed by US and ELISA were analyed.Results According to the sonograms,67 cases were classifed into solid mass type,mass with collipuation type,mass with calcification type and mixture type.The neplastic sonograms showed unclear edge,lobulated sign,no blood signal,scattered calcification and central lidefaction etc.Conclusion The disease could be diagnosed by combining multiple ultrasonographic characteristics with etiology from epiedmic region.
