42447例住院患者医院感染分析

目的：了解住院患者医院感染发病情况及相关因素，为医院管理提供理论依据。方法：对42447例住院患者进行医院感染调查，按每份病例登记表格逐项登记。结果：42447例住院患者中发生医院感染的为1101例，医院感染发生率为2．59％。主要科室为内分泌科、血液科、神经内科、神经外科和ICU；主要易感人群为糖尿病、白血病、脑血管患者；主要感染部位为下呼吸道感染、上呼吸道感染、手术伤口及泌尿道感染。结论：该院应针对院内感染的易感因素做好重点监控，控制医院感染的发生。

INVESTIGATION OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTIONS IN 42 447 INPATIENTS

Objective:To Investigate the incidence rate and relevant factors of the nosocomial infection.Methods:A retrospective analysis was done in 42 447 inpatients.Their medical recond were registered item by item according to the registration form of each case.Result:Of 42 447 patients studied,1 101(2.59%) inpatients had been infected.The main departments were endocrinology,hematology,nerve internal medicine,neurosurgery and ICU.The susceptible infected group were diabetes,leukemia,and brain blood vessel patients.The infected positions were the lower respiratory tract,the upper respiratory tract,the operation wound and the urinary tract mainly.Conclusion:It is important to strengthen surveillance to nosocomial infection for the management of hospital.
