某市各级医院临床输血情况分析

目的了解梧州市各级医院临床医师掌握科学、合理用血技术的状况。方法统计分析2000-2006年本站对全市医院临床供血情况和各级医院临床医师成分输血及用血剂量情况。结果梧州市临床成分输血比例逐年提高。历年各级医院全血输血率比较χ^2=68.11,P〈0.01;三级与二级医院比较χ^2=43.42,P〈0.01。历年各级医院成分输血率比较χ^2=26.29,P〈0.01;三级与二级医院比较χ^2=17.29,P〈0.01。历年各级医院临床医师使用红细胞类成分血输血率比较χ^2=2 3.59,P〈0.05;三级与二级医院比较χ^2=16.04,P〈0.05。历年各级医院临床医师低剂量输血比例比较χ^2=30.84,P〈0.005;三级与二级医院比较χ^2=21.70,P〈0.005。结论推进成分输血工作的同时,必须加强对临床医师科学、合理用血技术的指导,杜绝滥用血液。

Situation of Clinical Blood Transfusion in the Different Grade Hospital In a Certain City

Objective To understand the situation of clinician from different grade hospital in grasping the scientific and rational skill of blood transfusion. Methods From 2000 to 2006,Wuzhou blood center supplied blood to all hospitals of our city. The data about the component and blood transfusion dose which the clinician of the different grade hospital used were collected. Results The proportion of using component increased year after year in Wuzhou. Whole blood transfusion proportion was different among the different grade hospital over the years （X^2= 68.11 ,P〈0. 01）. The whole blood transfu- sion proportion was different between the third grade hospital and the second grade hospital （X^2=43.42,P〈0. 01）. The component proportion was different among the different grade hospital over the years （X^2= 26.29,P〈0. 01）. The component proportion was different between the third grade hospital and the second grade hospital（X^2= 17. 29,P〈0. 01）. The red blood cell component proportion clinician used was different among different grade hospital over the years（X^2= 23.59,P〈 0. 025）. There was different between the third grade hospital and the second grade hospital （X^2= 16.04,P〈0. 025）. Clinician blood transfusion of lower dose proportion was different among different grade hospital over the years（X^2=30.84,P〈 0. 05）. There was different between the third grade hospital and the second grade hospital in lower dose blood transfusion proportion（X^2=21.70,P〈0. 005）. Conclusion At the time of moving forward further using component,the skill about scientific and rational blood transfusion must be guided strenuously.
