| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动态脑电图在儿童癫痫诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析1 115例儿童癫痫与疑似病例的动态脑电图资料,与同期1 115例常规脑电图资料对照。结果动态脑电图组:39%检出癫痫样放电,4.2%捕捉到发作期的脑电图波形变化;常规脑电图组:14%检出癫痫样放电,0.8%捕捉到发作期的脑电图波形变化。经统计学处理,动态脑电图组的癫痫样放电检出率和发作期波形出现率明显高于常规脑电图组(χ2=179.5,P<0.01;χ2=26.45,P<0.01)。结论与常规脑电图比较,动态脑电图在儿童癫痫的诊断中具有明显优势。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to discuss the diagnostic value of ambulatory electroencephalogram(AEEG) in children with epilepsy.Methods The data of AEEG were analyzed retrospectively in 1115 children with epilepsy include diagnosed and suspected in comparison with 1115 controls,data of routine electroencephalogram(REEG).Results The positive rate of epileptiform discharges was 39% and 4.2% synchronous seizures were captured in AEEG group,and the positive rate of epileptic waves was 14% and 0.8% seizures were found in REEG group.The both of rate was significant difference between the two groups(χ2 =179.5,P<0.01,χ2 =26.45,P<0.01).Conclusion AEEG has significant advantage than REEG in the diagnosis of children with epilepsy. |
