基于自我导向学习的开放式护理实验教学模式研究

摘    要:目的提高护理学基础实验教学质量和效果。方法构建基于自我导向学习的开放式实验教学模式,将111名护理本科学生随机分为实验班(53人)和对照班(58人)。护理学基础实验课对照班采用学校传统开放实验教学方法教学;实验班构建基于自我导向学习的开放式实验教学模式实施教学,实验课结束行操作技能考核、评判性思维能力及自主学习能力测评。结果实验班操作技能考核成绩显著优于对照班(P<0.01),两班学生的自主学习能力和评判性思维随着时间的推移而提高,实验班较对照班更显著(均P<0.01)。结论自我导向学习的开放式实验教学模式教学有利于培养和提高学生自主学习能力、评判性思维能力、操作技能和综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To improve teaching quality and effect of fundamental nursing skills. Methods Totally,111 nursing undergra-duates who were scheduled to study fundamental nursing skills were randomly divided into an experimental class(n=53) and a control class(n=58) receiving either traditional teaching methods or a new teaching model created on the basis of self-directed learning,and the laboratory for practice was opened for all participants.Nursing students′ skills,critical thinking ability and self-directed learning ability were measured when the experimental teaching finished. Results The test result of nursing skills in the experimental class was significantly better than in the control class(P<0.01);self-directed learning ability and critical thinking abi-lity of students in both groups improved as time went on,with the improvement in the experimental class being better(P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Open experimental nursing teaching developed with self-directed learning helps cultivate students′ nursing skills,critical thinking ability and self-directed learning ability.
