| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT灌注成像和相关血管影象对检测孤立性肺结节的应用价值。方法选择2010-07-2011-10间,相关患者73例应用CT灌注成像和相关血管影象的扫描分析。结果直径<3.0 cm,边界清晰、密度高、无血管束征及分叶征、毛刺征和胸膜凹陷34例;39例可疑恶性病变。建议手术治疗。结论肺结节CT灌注成像对肺结节性病变临床诊断意义较大。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of perfusion and blood vessel imaging in diagnosis of SPN.Methods The materials of 73 cases from July 2010 to October 2011 of such detection were analyzed.Results There were 34 cases whose node less 3.0 cm,clear border,high density,no lobular and blood vessel,no bur like and hollow sign.Another 39 cases were suspicious as malignant to be suggested for operation.ConclusionThe perfusion imaging CT might have great value for solitary pulmonary node. |
