| 摘 要： | 目的观察比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法 42例CHF患者在原治疗CHF药物基础上加服比索洛尔,初始剂量2.5 mg,1次/d。然后,根据患者年龄、体重、心率、血压,逐渐加量到目标剂量5.0～10 mg不等。3个月为1个疗程。结果显效率62%,总有效率为90%。心脏彩色多普勒测定心功能(CO、CI、EF)改善,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)缩小,与治疗前比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔是治疗CHF的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of bisoprolol in treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF) effect.Methods 42 cases of CHF patients in heart failure foundation treatment combined with bisoprolol,initial dose of 2.5 mg,Qd po.According to patient age,weight,heart rate,blood pressure increased to the target dose of 5.0~10 mg per day ranging.A course of three months.Results After treatment,significant efficiency was 62%,the total effective rate was 90%.Through the heart of color Doppler dectection,cardiac function(CO,CI,and EF) improved and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd) narrow,compared with before treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol is an effective drug for the treatment of CHF. |
