经尿道电切术联合膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床观察

目的观察经尿道电切术联合膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎(CG)的临床疗效。方法将57例CG患者随机分为观察组29例和对照组28例。2组均行经尿道电切术治疗,观察组加用膀胱灌注治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为86.2%,高于对照组的67.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道电切术联合膀胱灌注治疗CG疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation transurethral resection combined with intravesical instillation for the treatment of cystitis glandularis

Objective To observe the effect of transurethral resection combined with intravesical instillation for the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods 57 cases of cystitis glandularis were randomly divided into the observation group with 29 cases and control group with 28 cases, both groups were treated with transurethral resection. Observation group was add- ed with bladder perfusion,the effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group and control group was 86.2% and 67.9% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Transurethral resection combined with intravesical instillation for the treatment of cystitis glandularis is effective, and worthy of clinical application.
