哈尔滨工程大学2007～2011年大学生肺炎发病情况分析

目的了解大学生肺炎发病情况,为疾病的预防工作提供依据。方法对2007～2011年,在哈尔滨工程大学医院住院治疗的大学生肺炎病例进行回顾性分析。结果 2007～2009年,发病情况比较平稳,每年发病16～19例;2010年发病人数大幅增加,为63例,是前3年平均水平的3倍;2011年,较2010年发病人数有所减少,为38例,是前3年平均水平的2倍。其中,大一学生发病人数最多,5年中有49例,占总发病人数的31.82%;大四学生最少,占17.53%,大一至大四呈递减趋势。总的来看,12月份发病人数最多,其次为9月份。从肺炎的发病部位来看左肺下叶最多,占42%。结论近2年,我校大学生肺炎病例明显增多。学校应加强卫生监督与管理,做好预防保健工作。

Analysis on Pneumonia Incidence in Students of the Harbin Engineering University from 2007 to 2011

Objective To understand the pneumonia incidence of college students,to provide a basis for disease prevention. Methods The cases of pneumonia in hospitalized from 2007~2011 in the University Hospital of Harbin Engineering Students were retrospectively analyzed. Results From 2007 to 2009,the incidence is relatively stable,the annual incidence of 16 to 19 cases.The number of incidence of a substantial increase to 63 cases in 2010,and which is more than three times the previous three years average.The decrease in 2011 compared with 2010,the incidence of 38 cases,which is two times the previous three years average.Freshman incidence is the highest in five years,there were 49 people,the total incidence of 31.82%.A senior student at least,accounting for 17.53%.Freshman to senior year showed a decreasing trend.Overall,the highest incidence month is December,followed by September.From the site of the incidence of pneumonia,the left lower lobe is the most,accounting for 42%. Conclusion Over the past two years,my college students pneumonia cases increased significantly.Schools should strengthen health surveillance and management,good preventive health care.
